Blake Street Hebrew Congregation Inc.

Every Monday evening @ 6.30 pm, anyone due to celebrate a Bar– or Bat-Mitzvah at Blake Street during 2010 is invited to join this innovative program which takes a look at various aspects of Jewish life from a new angle.

We have lots of practical sessions - writing a sefer Torah, making challot –and things you may have never done before, like putting biblical heroes on trial.

And for those who marked their big day last year, there is a special group for you too, on Mondays @ 7:30pm.

Pesach is just around the corner and we will be looking at spice up the seder, run activities and how to survive 8 days on matzot
