Blake Street is proud to announce its new learning series, BUILD – Blake Street: Understand. Inspire. Learn. Discuss.

The program for term one will use the four mitzvot of Purim to explore relationships with family, friends, community and the world. 

The first BUILD session will focus on the theme of Seudah: Family. Keynote address by Rav Noam Sendor and breakout sessions with Rabbi Chaim Cowen, Dr Tammy Tempelhof and Rabbi Yankel Wajsbort. 

Rav Noam will speak on Exploring halachic values through the lens of the Megilla.

Rabbi Cowen will present Introduction to Talmud: Family dynamics.

Clinical psychologist Dr Tammy Tempelhof’s session, entitled “We don’t negotiate with terrorists” looks at helpful tips to survive and thrive through parenthood.

Rabbi Yankel Wajsbort of Kosher Australia will discuss Are vegan restaurants kosher? and other kashrut questions.
